About Us
We Started Rise & Thrive Because Everyone Deserves to Be Seen.
Our story begins with a simple truth: the gap between hospital care and independent living can feel overwhelming — and no one should have to navigate it alone.
Our Story
Born from Personal Experience
Rise & Thrive Support Service LLC was founded by someone who lived this challenge firsthand. Watching a loved one struggle to maintain independence after a health setback — and seeing how hard it was to find warm, reliable, non-medical support — sparked a calling.
We built Rise & Thrive to be the service we wished had existed: one that treats every client as a whole person, not a task list. One that shows up with consistency, compassion, and genuine care — every single visit.
Today, we serve seniors and adults with disabilities across our community, providing the kind of support that makes real independence possible.
Our Mission
"To build a bridge between home health care and independent living — empowering our clients to live with dignity, comfort, and confidence in the place they call home."
Dignity First
Every person we serve deserves to be treated with the utmost respect — for their privacy, their preferences, and their personhood.
Genuine Compassion
We don't just provide services — we build relationships. Our caregivers are chosen for their heart as much as their skills.
Empowering Independence
Our goal is never to take over — it's to support. We help clients do more of what they love, on their own terms.
Reliability You Can Count On
Families trust us with their most precious people. We take that responsibility seriously — showing up consistently, every time.
